Those TOB are valid only for reservations done on :

– by mail at : reception@la-cloche.fr
– by our Contact Forms,
Reservations made by any other canal
are submitted to the TOB of the canal used.
Reception and Room Service are on duty 24h/24
by our Night Auditors after 11 pm.
Arrivals start at 2 pm, Departures at the latest before 11 00 am.
These conditions can be modulated depending to the availability of the rooms booked.
Free cancellations are granted if done 24 h before the scheduled booking, to the latest before 6 pm.
Cancellations out of delays will be charged at the cost of one scheduled night.
Credit cards informations are used only for warranty matter,
and the card given as warranty will not be remote debited except:
– in case of promotionnal offers,
– in case of cancellation off delays,
– in case of stay over 3 nights,
– in case of the booking of more than 3 rooms,
– in case of no-show before midnight without information,
– in case of doubt about the validity of the card.
The Rates, given all taxes included and in Euros, the Tourist Tax, charged all year long, and the available extras are indicated in an explicit manner in the Rates Tab of our Sites.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Our Establishment is totally NO SMOKING, including the rooms.
The Hotel is fully fitted with smoke detectors
likely to immediately trigger the evacuation alarm .
Any attempt to disable or remove one or several smoke detectors is transmitted to the Reception desk with information of the room numbers involved.
Fire or Police departments interventions without any serious cause can lead to prosecutions.
The booking of one or several rooms in our Hotel leads to the entire acceptation of the present regulations and the warranty of an occupation in the respect of others and of the laws in force. Any breach of these rules of good conduct can lead to the cancellation of the stay without any compensation
